Shipping Policy

Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed, packed and shipped within 3-5 working days from receipt of order. Orders will not be shipped on weekends or bank holidays.

Please allow up to 1-2 working days in transit for delivery.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery locations are UK addresses only. We can not ship to Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man or the Scottish Islands. If you are looking for delivery to one of the above location please email NAPS for estimated delivery charges before placing your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you wish to return your NAPS product please email info@naps-sleep.co.uk to confirm your return.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, in order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

The product must be in the same condition as you received it.

Note:

The shipping cost for this return will be deducted from your refund or exchange if NAPS Group are to arrange your return.
You (the customer) can arrange to return the item(s) for exchange or refund to us. The return must be fully tracked and insured and will your responsibility to ensure it arrives to NAPS in the same condition it was received. We recommend you use Parcelforce online due to the size and weight.

After we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. This may take up to 5 working days.
